Our salt-free rub makes a venison steak even more perfect! We recommend when using it for a steak rub that you use 1-2 tsp per pound and work it into the meat with your hands. Then place the steak in a zip lock bag and refrigerate for 4-24 hours. Can also be used as a marinade - add some oil, beer and marinade for 4-24 hours.
It is a blend of garlic, black pepper, onion, celery seed, paprika, juniper berries, and rice flour.
