Spiced beer is not new. In fact, spiced beer is almost as old as beer making itself. Many traditional beer styles use spices to enhance flavors. Coriander is one of the spices that makes popular summer style ales super refreshing. Here's an interesting note - fenugreek can enhance a beer's maple flavor.
